Nobu Budapest is one of the capital’s best-known premium restaurants, representing a unique fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine as part of the world-famous Nobu network. During the project, our team carried out the complete redesign and implementation of the kitchen technology system, as well as the commissioning of the equipment. The development included the complete technological design and integration of the prep kitchen, main kitchen and related storage units, dessert kitchen, pastry finishing kitchen, staff and guest dishwashing areas, as well as the grill counter, sushi bar and island bar counter.
