The redesigned concept of the Zsidai Group, the renewal of the ÉS Bistro located in the Kempinski Hotel, was a unique project. The renovation was not only an aesthetic upgrade: alongside the modernization of the kitchen technology infrastructure, the entire guest area was also transformed, including the open show kitchen and the bar counter. As a result, the development created a unified rethinking of the overall guest experience.

One of the most exciting elements of the project was the creation of the open show kitchen, where professional kitchen technology and high-end interior design are almost staged together with the dining space. Stainless steel surfaces, custom cooking islands, and premium technological solutions reflect the precision of fine dining operations, while also offering guests an engaging view into the food preparation process.

The bar and the show kitchen serve as strong visual focal points within the space, giving the restaurant a distinctive identity. The renovation of ÉS Bistro is an excellent example of how interior design, kitchen technology, and operational philosophy can come together under a unified concept, creating a truly premium hospitality experience.
